We and our users expect everyone to follow these basic rules. We
reserve the right to cancel a user at our discretion, but we
expect everyone to observe these general policies. All
policies are subject to change.

We do NOT back up any files. Hard drives fail and even we can make a mistake. Always keep copies of unique files.
Server must only be used to run a game or voice server.
Account must only use storage space for a game server.
Account must not be used for any illegal activity.
Unless multiple game servers are purchased, the account must only run one game server at a time.

Customer is responsible for securing game server access information (e.g., FTP login and password)
Game, voice or web server(s) must not purposely affect the performance of other game servers.
Customer is responsible for customizations and/or third party installations. We will help, but MammothGames only provides hosting services, not game administration services.
Use our forum or the many forums on the net.
Abusive language or actions are not tolerated. If these persist, we reserve the right to cancel services.
MammothGames reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone
