| You may go directly to your PayPal account and cancel the subscription. MammothGames will receive notice of the cancellation from PayPal. You may also submit a cancellation request to MammothGames and we will cancel the PayPal subscription. Your service is automatically canceled at the end of the subscription period. There are no partial refunds. Accounts are first suspended before being deleted. This allows us to reinstate the game server if you change your mind. We will delete the account after a few days. If you are a new customer to MammothGames, we do offer a three (3) day no questions asked refund. Time begins once the sevice is up and running. To receive this three day refund, please submit a ticket. The ticket must be dated within the three day period. There are no other refunds. Services will end once at the term of your paid service time. |
