Purchase and Payment Process

First select a game or voice service. Our web site uses software that records information about you (email address, location, etc), but no financial information is collected by MammothGames. Once all the information, prices, and review of our policies is completed, an invoice is generated and you are directed to PayPal.

Complete the PayPal payment to setup a PayPal subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew. A subscription avoids suspensions, but you must create a PayPal account. (You do not have to link a bank account within PayPal. You can pay by credit card or add a bank account link. Your choice.)

The invoice is marked "unpaid" until PayPal forwards payment to MammothGames. If you are not redirected to PayPal or need to still pay for any reason, go to your client area, find the invoice and push the PayPal "Subscribe" (subscription) button and you are redirected to PayPal. Log into your account or create an account.

When done, you are redirected back to the MammothGames thank you page. Assuming you had funds at PayPal or used a credit card, MammothGames will be sent confirmation that automatically begins the AutoInstall process or notifies us to manually install your new service. If you paid using and echeck, it takes 4-6 business days to move funds from your bank to MammothGames. PayPal will not authorize MammothGames payment for 4-6 days, so your new service will not be immediately installed.

We offer a three day, no questions asked refund. This means you can cancel the subscription and received a complete refund within three days after your service is installed. We offer no additional refunds.
