Subusers

Subusers are users such as yours that have acces to your hosted servers.

To set up a subuser first login to the panel- go.mammothgames.com

2. in the main area click on the subusers button-

3.  Click on the New Users button

4. You should arive at a page looking like this-

5- FAQ:

Q: What is user ID?

A: User ID is the username they will use to login.

Q: What fields are required?

A: Only User ID and Password are required.

Q: What does "Enable Support System" Do?

A: If checked, lets the subuser submit support tickets.

Q: What is Active or Suspended?

A: If Active the user can use the account, if Suspended the account can not be used.

6- Now that the user has been created you should see this-

7- Click on Permissions

(For this exmple we are useing a Garrys Mod server)

8- Select your server from the list

9- Once selected you should see a page similer to this (depending on the game server)

All options are self explanitory so i will not go into detail.

NOTE: A user must have access to this server checked or none of the options will work.
