Need to Change, Upgrade or Modify?

You can keep the same server but you do need to order again.

To change the slot number of your current server do the following.

Go to your client area.
On the right side, select "Order Game and Voice Services"
On top menu, select "Changes"
Select your game type and place an order. (This is a manual system. It will not install a new server. It will setup the payment change and tell us how many slots you want.)
In the Notes field tell us what you are doing. Usually just tell us the number of slots and to keep the same server.
Checkmark that you viewed our terms and rules and select PayPal button.
Pick to subscribe and log into your PayPal account.
Once inside PayPal, select to modify the existing subscription. Modify does not require a payment, it changes your current subscription at the next due date. The same PayPal subscription remains attached to your current server at the new price.
Once we see the PayPal change, we manually change the slot number and stop your server. (This is usually done within 24 hours.)
Before starting, be sure to change your configuration to match the new slot number. Otherwise, the server may automatically disable because the slot number does not match the command line.
